Abstract

A light addressable potentiometer sensor is disclosed in the present invention and at least comprises a semi-conductor base, a sensing layer and a light emitting module. The semi-conductor base has a front surface and a rear surface. The sensing layer, which has a sensing zone, is disposed on the front surface of the semi-conductor base for detecting a specific ionic concentration or a biomass concentration of a solution under measurement. As to the light emitting module, it at least comprises a light emitting unit and a reflecting unit. The light emitting module is located close to the rear surface of the semi-conductor base. When the light emits a light, the light will be reflected to the semi-conductor base by the reflecting unit.
