Abstract
自從運氣七篇大論出現於《素問》的王冰注本之後，學界便針對其撰作年代和是
否為《內經》原文一事，展開了陳長的爭辯。本文擬將爭辯的論點進行綜合整理，并提出合
理的看法。筆者認為運氣學說萌芽於先秦，其體系形成於東漢，到了唐朝中葉再經過王冰整
理補入《素問》中，取代原本亡佚的第七卷。了解運氣學說的背景知識後，有助於進一步明
瞭其內容。
Ever since "Yun-qi" theory appeared in the text of Nei Jing, Wang Bing's dition, controversy persists concerning the time and origin of the theory. We analyze all the arguments and conclude that "Yun-qi" theory probably took shape in the Dong Han Dynasty, so that Wang Bing was the person who incorporated it into Nei Jing.
