Abstract
The present invention relates to a multiplexer having the function of wavelength-division/combining, which comprises two modules connected with a fiber. Each module has several filters and mirrors, tilted plates, laser diodes, receivers and a photo-detector for monitoring the feedback light respectively. Thus, plural sets of optical signals can be transmitted mutually in the same fiber simultaneously, so that the quantity of signals mutually transmitted can be doubled without installing additional optical fibers. Also, the laser diode and photo-detector are positioned at the predetermined location, and the tilted plate guides the reflected laser light onto the photo-detector monitoring the feedback light, so as to monitor the variation of laser light effectively, and thus enhance the stability of the module.
