The present invention relates to a fluorescent lamp having light-tuning function, in which a layer of phosphor powder is coated on the inner rim of the external mask body, and both ends of the external mask body are covered with a terminal lid having electrodes respectively. A supporting frame is positioned inside an accommodation space. Some excitation devices are disposed on the supporting frame. Each excitation device forms electrical connection with each electrode, so that each excitation device can emit light by using each electrode to excite the phosphor powder for emitting the compensated color lights, and forms a fluorescent lamp having light close to sun light after mixing the compensated color lights.
