Abstract
A mobile phone having remotely activated and touch power-on and voice response system targets at improving the inconvenience of individual with disability while using the mobile phone. The mobile phone is equipped with a touch sensor such that the mobile phone is powered on while a user touches it. Moreover, the user won't need to press keys of the phone and the phone can continuously or successively complete recognition and activate related operations or dial out in an automatic manner by directly using a speech command or a speech vernacular, thereby achieving to enhance the operational efficacy for individual with disability.
