Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a separator with high ionic conductivity. The basic material is selected from at least one fiber cloth with polypropylene as a core material and polyethylene as a shell material, the polypropylene fiber cloth or the polyethylene fiber cloth are used as a substrate. Washing the surface of the substrate to remove the impurities, heating it to dry, sulfonating the substrate by concentrated sulfuric acid, keeping washing till the PH value of the surface of the substrate reaching 6~7, and heating the substrate to dry. A separator with high ionic conductivity is obtained.
