A distributed medical control system and a control method are applied for a remote platform to control an operation platform. The operation platform has a stereoscopic image capture unit, an operation apparatus and a first display apparatus. A viewing angle or a depth from a stereoscopic image is captured by the stereoscopic image capture unit from a physical object and is then displayed on the first display apparatus. In addition, the remote platform has a second display apparatus. The stereoscopic image is received by the second display apparatus via a communication network. A control signal or an adjustment signal is transmitted to the operation platform. Accordingly, in the operation platform, the control signal is provided to the operation apparatus as an operation suggestion while implementing a treatment for the physical object. The viewing angle or the depth can be adjusted based on the control signal and can be displayed on the first display apparatus and the second display apparatus synchronously.
