利用折疊紙材結構判斷細胞遷移距離之方法

The present invention is about a method of measuring the migration of cells using a fold structure. Cells are placed and cultured in the culture area on a paper sheet, and the paper sheet with incubated cells is disposed in the middle layer of a fold structure which is then placed in the incubator on the base of a stand. The stand is covered with gel bodies on the top side and the bottom side and soaked into the culture medium in the anaerobic incubator to continue cell incubation. After incubation, the top layer and the bottom layer of the fold paper structure are obtained to calculate the first number of cells on the top layer and the second number of cells on the bottom layer by an electronic device, and the direction and distance of cell migration are then accqired by the difference of the first number of cells and the second number of cells.
