Abstract
This invention relates to a prostate cancer detection module and an operation method thereof, which use nano-scale nickel oxide as a detection film. When nickel oxide contacts hydrogen peroxide of different concentrations, its surface potential will change, resulting in voltage displacement. Therefore, it can determine the concentration of hydrogen peroxide through detecting the voltage changes. As the test sample is urine, it can infer the amount of the creatine acid in the sample through the reaction of hydrogen oxide and nickel oxide after the hydrogen peroxide is formed through oxidization of the creatine acid in the urine. In this way, the possibility of having the prostate cancer can be assessed.
