Abstract
The invention provides a nanofiber containing docosahexaenoic acid, a nanofiber composite containing the nanofiber, a nanofiber film and an application thereof. The nanofiber containing docosahexaenoic acid includes a core structure and a shell structure, wherein the shell structure covers the core structure. The material of the core structure includes docosahexaenoic acid. The material of the shell structure includes polylactic acid. The present invention also provides a nanofiber film comprising the aforementioned nanofiber, which can effectively release docosahexaenoic acid, prolong the release time, regulate the expression of genes such as NT-3, Gap43 and ATF, promote the growth of cortical neuron cells, and effectively improve the nerve function after spinal cord injury in animal experiments.
