Abstract
8 The present invention discloses a chemical, synthetic method and uses thereof. The chemical comprises a structural formula (I), and being a phosphodiesterase inhibitor applicable for prevention, amelioration or therapy of diseases involving phosphodiesterase regulatory mechanisms. The chemical can also be used to prevent, ameliorate or treat immune diseases or syndromes resulting from neutrophil disorder.
