Abstract
本文主在分析協助一位移植腎臟失去正常功能後的患者在接受CAPD治療時的護理經驗。照顧過程中共收集得10篇行為過程實錄，分析結果發現其調適過程與文獻相仿。個案在接受CAPD治療的過程中，產生換液疼痛以及身體不適的症狀，此影響病人對CAPD治療的適應情形。在這一連串的調適過程中，經由護理的介入，使個案換液疼痛以及身體不適的現象均獲得改善。此外，護理人員並幫助個案適應新生活，且回歸工作崗位。此一成功的經驗，可供其他護理人員日後照顧類似個案時參考。
The purpose of this case study was to describe a nursing care experinece with a patient with end-stage renal disease who was undergoing CAPD treatment after a transplanted kidney failed. Ten process recordings were collected during care and subsequently analyzed. Results were similar to those of previous studies and indicated that the patient was suffering from pain and physical discomfort during the exchange of dialysis fluids. After implementing several nursing interventions, these discomforts diminished. Moreover, the nursing interventions helped the patient adjust to his new life and return to work. This successful experience can serve as a reference for other nurses who care for patients with similar conditions.
