An equipment to measure the index of responsive function deterioration, which comprises: an electronic measurement ruler, a display lamp of state, a speaker, and a measurement controller. The electronic ruler shows the falling movement of ruler by the LED scrolling banner (ticker) visually. The shifting way of LED scrolling banner (ticker) displays the appearance of dropping the ruler. The falling speed is controlled by the delay time, while the electrode sheet of the electronic ruler triggers the electronic ruler to obtain the measured result. The measured result of electronic ruler is the time difference between the falling of ruler and the grabbing response, with the unit of millisecond. It is more accurate to obtain the time difference between the falling and grabbing by the measurement of electronic ruler. The result of time difference measured by the electronic ruler can be computed and converted into the distance by the formula of free-falling body, just like a real falling ruler, which improves the disadvantages of the error and inconvenience of the traditional ruler.
