Abstract
A three-beam-switchable SIW (substrate integrated waveguide) slot array antenna comprises a substrate and an SIW 90-DEG hybrid coupler, wherein an upper surface of the substrate is provided with two rows of SIW slot array antennae, and a lower surface of the substrate is provided with a grounding plane. Each of the two rows of SIW slot array antennae is composed of a plurality of slot antennae connected in series together. Input ends of the two rows of SIW slot array antennae are respectively provided with a first port and a second port. The SIW 90-DEG hybrid coupler is disposed on the first port and the second port so that signals may be input through the first port and the second port; and therefore, six diode switches are utilized to respectively control the input signals to be connected with an input end of the SIW 90-DEG hybrid coupler and at least one terminator so as to be automatically switchable for receiving input signals of three phase differences including negative 90 DEG, 0 DEG and 90 DEG, and thus, three-beam switching is achieved.
