Abstract
The invention discloses a luminous transparent solar cell device including a transparent substrate. A transparent luminescent layer, a positive type (p-type) transparent conductive oxide layer, an intrinsic-type transparent conductive oxide layer, a negative type (n-type) transparent conductive oxide layer and an anti-reflective layer used as a protective layer are set in a sequence from bottom to up on the transparent substrate. The invention uses characteristics of a positive-negative type transparent conductive oxide layer and a fluorescent layer to make visible light penetrate into the house in daylight for achieving effect of natural lighting and transform luminous energy to electrical energy for storage. The stored electrical energy is transformed to luminous energy as light source for indoor illumination in night time so as to save consumption of fossil energy.
