向量控制感應電動機轉速與電氣參數的線上估測與實現

Abstract

     由於向量控制技術的蓬勃發展,促使高性能的感應電動機控制得以實現,然而由 於其電氣參數會隨工作環境不同而有所改變,尤其是轉子電阻會因馬達運轉時溫度升高而增 加,進而影響到轉子磁通正確與否及控速精度,因此本文最主要的目的是提出一個能線上估 測轉子電阻的方法,用以即時修正因轉子電阻發生變化時所產生的影響,並配合轉速估測以 建立無速度感測器的向量控制架構。最後本文將以一個PC-Based的實驗系統來驗證所提方法 之可行性。
     Due to the development of vector control technique, the control of a high performance induction motor becomes realizable. However, lectrical parameters of induction motors will be changed for the reason of different working environments. Especially, the effect of increasing temperature will cause the rotor resistance increasing as well, such that the accuracy of rotor flux and the precision of speed control will be degraded. The main purpose of this paper is to propose an on-line estimation algorithm to identify rotor resistance in order to modify the effect of the variance of rotor resistance. Incorporated with the estimation of speed, a sensorless contol scheme can be built. Finally, a PC-Based experimental scheme is used to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed results.
