A detecting throat band device with a swallow function is provided, which comprises a throat band, a conductive layer and a sensor. The throat band is disposed next to a throat part of a to-be-tested body. The conductive layer is a soft material disposed on the throat band. The sensor, which is a force sensing resistor fixed on the conductive layer via a fixed unit, is utilized to measure a throat cartilage actuation variation when the to-be-tested body swallows and to cooperate with a formula to convert the throat cartilage actuation variation into a force-applying value. Accordingly, with the conductive layer providing conductive media, defects such as unclear signals caused from a film type pressure sensor utilized to sense a swallowing function can be improved, and therefore a swallow function effect can be detected.
