An assembly type centrifuge tube with U-shaped filtration net, mainly to be used in the purification of nano-magnetic particle of honeybee to separate pollen from the abdomen of the honeybee, and small particle pollutants on the cilia, iron-precipitated cell and ferric particle from the abdomen of the honeybee. The U-shaped filtration net is made of stainless steel or plastic material. The curvature of the U-shaped net increases the filtration area of the net; and the samples can be submerged in the buffer solutions completely so that it can separate a large quantity of impurities rapidly. The U-shaped filtration net is placed in the centrifuge by means of fitting the rim of the filtration net on the mouth of the tube. The combination of assembly of the tube and the filtration net can be arbitrarily selected, according to the requirements of the volume and the size of the mesh.
