Abstract
特用化學品的品質除了重視產品純度的高低外,往往更重視關鍵性雜質的含量控
制。當化學品的主成份和所含的關鍵性雜質的物性極為接近時,則此雜質將不易用傳統的蒸
餾法或結晶法去除。因吸附法的分離原理與蒸餾法及結晶法不同,工業上經常使用吸附法去
除化學品中的微量雜質,然而,如何選擇適當的吸附劑以獲得高效率且具經濟性的技術則是
選用吸附純化法常遇到的問題。本文將提供液相吸附系統如何篩選適當吸附劑的方法,篩選
方法是利用吸附攪拌槽進行吸附實驗,並由質量平衡關係式計算吸附劑對於吸附雜質與吸附
主成份的吸附分離率。依本文所提供之篩選方法所得之吸附劑可廣泛地應用於各種液相吸附
分離程序,例如液相雜質的吸附純化、液相的層析分離、連續式模擬移動床分離程序、或連
續式逆向流吸附分離程序等。
