A complete breath filter mainly includes a canulla component, and two bodies with mirror-symmetrical contours and separately connected to the two ends of the canulla component. The bodies include a first air chamber in communication with the canulla component, a second air chamber for filtering in ambient air, and a diaphragm installed between the two air chambers and controlled for its open/closure status by the breathing operation of a user. Thus, the invented filter has the properties of complete air filtration, assisting smooth breathing for a user, light and comfortable in use.
