Abstract
Disclosed is a feedback type exercise assisting method that includes: classifying the exercise process into several stages according to the exercise time and individual exercise information; each stage having a corresponding ideal heart rate parameter; analyzing and comparing the real heart rate parameter related to human heart rate during exercise with the ideal heart rate parameter of each stage; and finally outputting the analyzed results.
