The present invention provides a floor rolling ball training system and a method thereof, with which a user is provided with improved rolling ball movement and throwing strategy. The system includes a monitor for monitoring a plurality of rolling ball positions and a user throwing position; an image recognition device for receiving the rolling ball positions and the user throwing position and outputting the corresponding coordinate data after performing decoding/encoding; an image recognition unit for receiving the coordinate data; a plurality of sensing devices arranged on the user and electrically connected to the image recognition unit for outputting the user body movement data; and a game condition display panel connected to the image recognition unit for displaying an optimal decision with floating points based on the coordinate data and the body movement data, so that the user may adjust the corresponding throwing movement and posture according to the optimal decision.
