Abstract
A solar cooling and heating thermos comprises a slidable cooling/heating mechanism, a solar energy mechanism, a metal cooling/heating dual tank mechanism, and a mouth closing mechanism. To operate, desired drinks are poured into the cooling and heating dual tank of the thermos, and the slidable cooling/heating mechanism is pressed from a handle thereof, so conductive springs touch a rechargeable lithium battery base. The handle moves thermoelectric coolers downward to an electric conductive zone to conduct electricity to the thermoelectric coolers for generating cool energy and heat energy, which are conducted by upper and lower cold transfer boards and heat transfer boards and received by the metal cooling/heating dual tanks, so as to make it possible to simultaneously use cold water and hot water. The thermos is charged through solar energy or by general automobile or household electrical power. A primary heating circuit uses a weight sensor to detect the weight of water so as to prevent empty heating. When cooling and heating of water is completed, a conductive spring bounces to separate the thermoelectric coolers from the electric conductive zone for cutting of power supply and returning back to the condition where the handle is not pressed for actuation. The thermos is provided at an outer side thereof with a band opening for simultaneously carrying multiple thermoses.
