Abstract

Disclosed are an RNAi sequence, an inhibitor, and an inhibition method that specifically inhibits expression of 78-kDA glucose-regulated protein, in which a segment of RNA interference sequence: 5'-AAGGATGGTTAATGATGCTGAGAA-3', that induces complementation with 78-kDA glucose-regulated protein is designed. The sequence forms a special hair-pin structure inside a cancer cell to realize specific and effective inhibition of the function of expression of 78-kDA glucose-regulated protein thereby inhibiting oncogenesis of cancer cell, including cell growth and invasive migration.
