A ball-guiding device comprises a box body, a cover body, a sound feedback unit and at least one ball. The cover body is utilized to cover on the box body so that an accommodation space is formed between the box body and the cover body, and one surface of the cover body is provided with a plurality of holes communicated with the accommodation space and a first terminal region. The sound feedback unit is connected to the first terminal region of the cover body. The diameter of each ball is less than that of each hole of the cover body so that the ball can be rotationally arranged on the surface of the cover body. When the balls are contacted with the first terminal region of the cover body, a sound feedback is produced from the sound feedback unit. With the design of the above-described structure of the disclosed ball-guiding device, it is understood that the disclosed ball-guiding device is suitable for household play therapy, and parent-child or playmate sharing game. Accordingly through the hand-eye coordination and balance, and training of visual tracking from two dimensions to three dimensions, the attention ability can be effectively increased.
