Abstract
The disclosure provides a pharmaceutical composition for disease treatment of patient and inhibition of PI3K activity. The pharmaceutical composition includes an effective amount of Palbociclib and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The disclosure further provides a use of the Palbociclib for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition for disease treatment of patient. The application of the pharmaceutical composition and the use of the present invention are advantageous for inhibiting of PI3K activity and thus treating a disease.
