This invention relates to an image analysis method, including the following steps of capturing a first image of an object by a first image capture device; and executing an application program by using an electronic device to respectively position a first positioning point of the object within the first image, a second positioning point of the object within a second image and a third positioning point of the object within a third image. The first positioning point forms a first straight line with a preset positioning point, and the first straight line overlaps with an axis. The second positioning point forms a second straight line with the preset positioning point, and the second straight line forms a first included angle with the axis. The third positioning point forms a third straight line with the preset positioning point, and the third straight line forms a second included angle with the axis.
