Abstract

The present invention relates to a use of microRNAs-520b (miR-520b) sequence for suppressing tumor growth and metastasis of head and neck cancer and its medication, a use for suppressing the growth, invasion and metastasis of the head and neck cancer cells, wherein the sequence is 5'-AAAGUGCUUCCUUUUAGAGGG-3 ' (SEQ ID NO: 2). The microRNAs-520b sequence has the function of inhibiting malignant characteristics of head and neck cancer, which can increase the allergic effects of radiation and chemotherapeutic drugs, inhibit the formation of head and neck tumors and reduce the occurrence of head and neck cancer metastasis.
