The present invention provides a method for heart health status analysis and management combined with mobile application, in which a first sensing unit and a second sensing unit are utilized to obtain electrical physiological signal and mechanical physiological signal, such that a mobile device executing the application program may read and analyze these physiological signals to obtain a heart physiological status data to be synchronized to a virtual platform for performing heart diagnosis and generating a determination result corresponding to the heart physiological status, which is sent to the mobile device that displays the corresponding message frame. Thus, the user may understand the heart status and the doctor may obtain the first-hand data for diagnosis.
