This invention relates to a handheld aids massaging device, comprising a massaging airbag disposed on the affected part of human body, a grip rod, a pneumatic cylinder having piston member, a support unit, a safety limit block rod, an elastic member disposed in the grip rod, and a pull rope. When the user presses down the grip rod, the end of a first support rod and the end of the a second support rod are moved away from each other, and the piston member is subjected to the pulling of the pull rope to stretch the pneumatic cylinder enabling the pneumatic cylinder to store air which results in deflation of the airbag and compression of the elastic member; and when the user raises the grip rod to make the elastic member release a restoring force to push the piston member toward a direction away from the bottom end of the grip rod, the pneumatic cylinder is compressed to inflate the airbag, so as to synchronously massage the affected part with the walking movement of the user.
