掌握時機進行主題教學--以2009科學年為例

Abstract

本研究以『2009 科學年』為主題,透過演講及教學,建立學生的相關背景 知識以促進學生繼續探究的興趣與能力,並陸續將已發展的單元內容上網,並透 過教學、科普演講、教師研習等等方式持續發展與推廣。此主題下的各個單元可 以個別獨立實施,放在一起則彼此呼應,教材與教法藉由教學互動,不斷的繼續 延伸發展,不僅不會一成不變,而且會不斷的推陳出新,並可視學生的程度、課 程需要或主題不同而彈性調整。主題教學的教材發展過程符合作者所提出的BIG Cycle 模式,在物理科的各個主題甚至其它學科,都可以掌握此精神來發展教材。 本研究以多元發展之觀點帶動教與學雙方的成長,符合建構教學與學習理念,對 課程教材教法有很多的啟示。
Based on the BIG model, I proceed to design and develop Physics curriculum materials through integrating instructional units into thematic topic in the Year of Science 2009. This study focuses on the science events such as Galileo and Kepler quadricentennial, Landing Moon 40th anniversary, the total solar eclipse of 2009 July 22, etc. Based on these works, several pedagogical implications are drawn from this study. I hope they can inspire teachers to explore new possibilities and to come up with new ideas in Physics instruction and research.
