Abstract
A stirring-type sphere rack comprises a horizontal shaft mounted on a base frame with at least two spheres movably mounted on the horizontal shaft, so that a user can utilize both hands to stir the two spheres on the horizontal shaft to slide back and forth to proceed with the hand opening/closing action of the Taijiquan,wherein through the guidance and positioning of the spheres and the horizontal shaft, the user is assisted to maintain correctness and stability of posture, thereby providing excellent training of the Taijiquan.
