Disclosed are a device and a method for supporting bone strength, comprising an implant. The implant comprises an external leaf and a central stem. The implant can be expanded by applying an expander module. The expander module comprises: a sleeve and a base, a body, and a handle. The expander module can be directly connected to the implant to place the implant into the interior of a bone to be treated for adjusting the degree of expansion thereof. The handle of the expander module can be replaced with an injector module. The injector module comprises a dedicated bone cement barrel and an injection handle. The injector module can inject a bone strengthening mixture (such as bone cement) through a discharge orifice, each second axial hole of the central stem, and each first axial hole of the external leaf into the interior of the bone to be combined with the expanded implant, thereby effectively increasing the supporting strength thereof.
