Abstract

A method of preparing transparent conductive multi-ingredient metal oxide powder by improved electrolysis is disclosed, which uses the electrolytic means to dissolve the metal to form the precursor solution of respective metal ions from the metal ingredients necessary for the transparent conductive oxide membrane by utilizing adjustment of the pH value to achieve the condition in which sedimentation will not be generated. The precursor solutions of respective metal ions in the necessary ingredient ratios are mixed and carried out by the sedimentation reaction. Finally, the obtained sediments are subject to the processes of water-wash, filtration, drying and calcining to obtain the transparent conductive multi-ingredient metal oxide powder with controlled ingredient ratio and high ingredient uniformity.
