The present invention provides a heat dissipation lamp base which comprises a lamp base body on which a bulb socket is arranged; and a heat dissipation fan mounted on the lamp base body. One shaft of the heat dissipation fan is configured in the lamp base body in co-axial with the bulb socket. The plurality of heat dissipation fan blades can rotate at the outside of the lamp base body. When the bulb inserted into the bulb socket is turned on, heat is generated and increase the temperature of air, thereby generating a rising thermal convection, which can drive the fan blades to rotate and dissipate the heat, such that the service life of the bulb will not be reduced due to overheat.
