The present invention provides a smart health examination system and method. The smart health examination system includes a plurality of smart bracelets, a computing unit, a positioning servo unit, an analysis unit and a guidance unit. Each smart bracelet is correspondingly arranged to a person to be examined, and the smart bracelet can detect physiological monitoring data information of the person to be examined. The computing unit is connected to the plurality of smart bracelets via telecommunication, and calculates a corresponding group of examined items based on the physiological monitoring data information. The positioning servo unit is connected to the plurality of smart bracelets via telecommunication, and can locate a position and record a test time of the smart bracelet. The analysis unit is connected to the computing unit and the positioning servo unit via telecommunication, and provides a planning path based on the group of examined items. The guidance unit is connected to the analysis unit and the positioning servo unit via telecommunication. The guidance unit displays the planning path and adjusts the planning path based on the position and test time.
