An intelligent medical box comprises: a medical box, a camera, a screen, and a neural network, wherein the camera photographs a wound of a user such that the neural network receives the wound image from the camera and determines the type of the wound by performing analysis and comparison on the would image and the dressing and treating films of all sorts of wounds stored in a database, and then, based on the determined type, the wound dressing and treating films are played on the screen to allow the user to follow the demonstration provided in the film to perform correct dressing and treating on the wound. The camera is provided on a top edge of an inside surface of a cover of the medical box to take images of all sorts of wounds. The screen is provided on the inside surface of the cover of the medical box to play the dressing and treating films of all sorts of wounds. The neural network is provided in the medical box and electrically connected to the camera and the screen. The neural network includes a database, which receives the images of all sorts of wounds taken by the camera, or receives the dressing and treating films for all sorts of wounds transmitted from an electronic device.
