An intelligent hospital management decision support system includes: a control center, a real time communication verification module, a plurality of cameras, an image capturing module, an image recognition module, a notification module, a route planning module, a plurality of screen display module, and a plurality of voice broadcast modules; wherein the real time communication verification module receives the verification of biometric information and personnel positioning information through the control center to determine the identity of the person entering the hospital; the image recognition module compares and recognizes the features of facial images and garment images of the person entering the hospital, and then determines the identity of the person entering the hospital; the route planning module, after the real time communication module or the image recognition module recognizes the identity of the person entering the hospital, checks whether or not the person entering the hospital has a medical appointment record for today by the control center, and calculates the location and the route for medical services according to the identity of the person entering the hospital and the location information of the camera; as such, it is possible to check if those who entering the hospital match a blacklisted personnel, and to take appropriate measures, and can quickly guide those who entering the hospital to go to consultation rooms correctly and quickly, avoiding delays of the progress of medical services resulted from the time consumed by those who entering the hospital due to navigating the route.
