Abstract
A dye absorption system includes a high speed rotation device that is configured to rotate about an axial line and a substrate loading device that is circumferentially disposed around the high speed rotation device and utilized to fixedly dispose a working electrode semi-finished product. The high speed rotation device includes a dye tank that is provided for a dye solution to be injected in an axial direction and a liquid breakup unit that is surroundingly disposed outside the dye tank. The liquid beakup unit is configured with a plurality of regularly or irregularly arranged spaces that are not linearly communicated therebetween. When the high speed rotation device is rotated, the dye solution located in the dye tank is radially departed from the dye tank to pass through the liquid breakup unit to become small-diameter droplets, in which the droplets are continuously moved to impact on the working electrode semi-finished product disposed on the substrate loading device for absorption, capable of attaining a high dye absorption efficiency and obtaining a working electrode of a dye sensitized solar cell.
