Abstract
The present invention provides a drug administration system for target therapy and an operation method thereof. The drug administration system for target therapy according to the present invention comprises a plurality of magnetic particles serving as medicine carrier, a magnetic field generation device and an ultrasonic device. The magnetic field generation device generates a magnetic field to guide the magnetic particles to a target site, while the ultrasonic device forces the magnetic particles to exhibit a suspended condition to increase reaction area and prompt local medicine reactivity so as to achieve the greatest therapeutic effect with less dosage of medicine as the medicine lingers locally.
