Abstract
The present invention discloses a detection module, which uses a porous sensing film and a polycrystalline film under the porous sensing film to contact different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide at the same time, such that surface potentials on the material forming the porous sensing film and the polycrystalline film are changed to cause voltage offset, and the voltage offset data can be used to determine the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Therefore, the detection module of the present invention can be used as an auxiliary tool for screening diseases related to hydrogen peroxide.
