Abstract
The present invention provides a resistive gas sensor and comprises a substrate, an electrode array and a graphene film.The electrode array is formed on the surface of the substrate.The graphene film is coated on top of the electrode array.The graphene film bends depending on various electrode height and pitch width thereby increasing the contact area and surface functional groups of gas under test, enhancing the sensitivity and reducing the detection limit.
