Abstract
本研究是以2005年8月至2006年2月間,實施放射治療電腦治療計劃的278個案例中,記錄第一次治療前驗證片分別與再驗證模擬攝影定位片,及與電腦重組影像的照野中心點比對結果之位移量進行統計分析,以了解有無進行再驗證模擬攝影對治療部位再現性的影響程度,並藉以評估實施再驗證模擬攝影的必要性。在再驗證模擬攝影片或電腦重組影像的照野中心點和治療前驗證片的照野中心點位置比對所得數據中,可發現照野中心點的位移誤差大多皆在可接受的程度內,且其誤差範圍多在1~2 mm之間,表示出有無進行再驗證模擬攝影程序,其治療中心點位置準確度均有很高的再現性,這對於簡化整個放射治療的流程而不影響治療品質而言是極?重要的。
We investigated 278 cases who underwent computer tomography (CT) radiation therapy treatment planning between August 2005 and February 2006. The offsets of portal image before treatment and recheck simulation image or isocenter in digital reconstruction radiography (DRR) by treatment planning were reviewed for statistic analysis, in order to evaluate the influence of a recheck simulation procedure for the accuracy of treatment position representation and the necessary of the recheck simulation procedure. The results showed the offset errors were acceptable, which were between 1mm and 2mm. It was suggested that even without a recheck simulation procedure, the accuracy of the treatment position representation was well enough, that would simplify the radiation therapy treatment workflow without decreasing the treatment quality.
