Abstract
Disclosed is a mixed-reality guided exercise training system, including a head-mounted projection display device, an adjustable exercise intensity device, and a host. The host is located in the head-mounted projection display device, and uses mixed-reality technology to project at least one virtual three-dimensional image including a realistic clinical therapist to guide a user to perform progressive load exercise training in a real environment. The adjustable exercise intensity device includes a waist belt, a pair of hand rings, and a pair of shoe covers, each equipped with an inertial sensor. The waist belt is connected with the pair of hand rings and the pair of shoe covers with an elastic rope, and the length of the elastic rope can be dynamically adjusted through an electronic control winch mechanism to simulate the resistance strength of the limb movement guided by the realistic clinical therapist. The inertial sensors send the user's motion detection data to the host so that the adjustable exercise intensity device dynamically adjust the length of the elastic cord to achieve true feedback interaction with the projected object by the mixed-reality technology.
