Abstract
A slide-type dual-arc shaft comprises two arc shafts horizontally set at upper and lower positions of a holder. The two arc shafts utilize the holder as fulcrum and form two branch arms extending towards left and right sides of holder, which are used to assist a user to maintain correctness and stability of a posture. By placing two hands at the proper locations defined by the aforementioned branch arms and through drawing arcs back and forth in the left and right sides to simulate the hand-holding-ball posture of Taijiquan and smoothly drive the body trunk to be in motion, the user can achieve the excellent training of Taijiquan from the present invention.
