Abstract
本文旨在向量控制感應馬達的基本架構之下,首先以加減速實驗量測出馬達機械
參數 J 及 B, 並找出其相對於轉速的關係,再藉由此關係設計一負載觀測器,進而結合轉
速估測,得以實現無感測器負載轉矩估測。本文所提架構只需使用兩個電流感測器,實驗結
果說明考量負載轉矩估測之無感測器速度控制架構,可以有效地增加原有控制器抵抗外加負
載的能力。
This paper, based on an accelerated and decelerated experiment, mainly addresses the measurements of mechanical parameters and of vector-controlled induction motors. Here, the relationship between mechanical parameters and the rotor speed is first derived. Combining with a designed load observer and speed estimator, a sensorless load estimator scheme is achieved. This scheme uses only two current sensors. Experimental results indicate that the ability of load rejection can be significantly improved with the proposed control scheme.
