Abstract
本篇個案報告是描述一位43歲中年女性因牙齦癌接受頭頸部手術後之護理經驗。照護期間為92年3月25日至4月9日。筆者藉直接護理病患、觀察等技巧收集資料，並依Marjory Gordon十一項健康功能型態評估，結果發現主要的健康問題包括：呼吸道清除功能失效、睡眠型態紊亂、與身體心像紊亂。藉由與病患及家屬建立良好護病關係，共同計劃護理措施並運用護理過程提供適切護理，協助病患面對術後之身、心、靈之變化，重建自我價值。
This report discusses the experience of taking care of a 43-year-old female who received surgical resection of gun cancer. Form March 25 to April 9, 2004, we performed nursing care for this patient while she stayed in ward. Based on the 11 functional patterns of Gorden's, information was collected and analyzed. Ineffective airway clearance, disturbed sleep pattern, and disturbed body image were the three major nursing problems found. In order to help the patient face her physiological, psychological and spiritual changes after tumor resection, several strategies were performed. These included; to build up a good therapeutic relationship with patient and her families, to plan nursing activities with them.
