Abstract
A biological sensor includes a nanowire field effect transistor, a fixed layer and at least a detecting unit attached to the fixed layer. The nanowire field effect transistor includes a semiconductor channel. The detecting unit includes a composite and at least one antibody connected to composite via -(C=O)-X-(C=O)-. The composite includes a modified graphene the surface of which includes a plurality of -(C=O)-X-COOH, and includes multiple magnetic nanoparticles carried on the modified graphene. The biosensor of this invention can improve the number and biological activity of the antibodies connected to the sensor.
