Abstract
The biosensor chip disclosed herein comprises a substrate; a bimetallic layer, which is configured above the substrate; and a detection layer, which is configured above the bimetallic layer; wherein the bimetallic layer is a gold-aluminum bimetallic layer or a gold-chromium bimetallic layer; wherein the detection layer includes a plurality of gold nanoparticles a plurality of nucleic acid aptamers, and the plurality of gold nanoparticles are functionalized by the plurality of nucleic acid aptamers. The biosensor chip and related method provided herein have excellent sensing sensitivity, high detection rate, and easily transportable.
