Abstract
The present invention disclosed a complex for adsorbing fibrinolytic enzymes in blood and a method for purifying fibrinolytic enzymes in blood by using the same. The method comprises the following steps: crosslinking ligands to magnetic nanoparticles with amino group or carboxyl group by catalysis of a cross linker, and the ligands can be any one of tranexamic acid, cadaverine, hexamethylene diamine and spermine; adding the complex to blood with well-mixed and incubating for a predetermined time to adsorb the fibrinolytic enzymes in blood to form a complex-fibrinolytic enzyme conjugation; applying a magnetic field to collect the complex-fibrinolytic enzyme conjugation; and separating the complex-fibrinolytic enzyme conjugation to obtain fibrinolytic enzymes.
